Every visit to this place is painful. There's one woman that always has buds in and facetimes, you're at the window trying to get things done, and have no idea whom she's talking to, is it you or person on the phone? How is this even allowed. Then there's another woman, that is in a constant war with the machine, she'd walk back and forth to the backroom and back to the screen 5 times and can't ever get it working. It takes 15 minutes to drop of a package with paid label... 1 scan.. 15 minutes... Sometimes there's a man who'd come from the back room, he's always seems super mad at everyone, once USPS lost my package, and i asked for help instead of just telling me thats there's form online (which i learned later) he raised his voice and started mumbling something i couldn't understand. Yeah dude, of course its my fault USPS lost my package... Anyway, if you're looking for quick in and out service, where their scanners and screens are always working, and workers talk to you instead of their phones. i very much recommend to try manvile location.

Yesterday, Friday, September 5, and today, September 6, I received the worst possible treatment by a worker of this place, the woman of color was not only very rude to me and my companion using denigrating words and rudeness, but she was asked for the service in a way and she simply did what she wanted and gave me the money order with balances that I did not ask for and now I have an inconvenience because of what she did, I think they should improve with people and their treatments, in the end they are working and providing a service. Not satisfied with that, the woman insulted me when I was going to leave the post office and threatened me with a wooden rule believing that she is dealing with a relative of hers. I demand respect and dignified treatment since I am paying for a service.

The most rude individuals work at this location. They do not greet you, allow for you to speak to them or assist your concerns in any way or fashion. Kianna should absolutely be spoken to and with by your supervisor for her inability to kindly assist guest.
