Each time I attempt to have a package return, it is either refused or there is a lack of communication about its status. It seems that the staff is either unfamiliar with how to properly receive Amazon packages or unwilling to assist customers with them. This creates unnecessary stress and delays, especially when important items are involved. I urge your team to review your package handling process and provide proper training if needed. A reliable and helpful service is expected from any authorized pickup location, and right now, that expectation is not being met. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to others for Amazon returns.
- EPElizabeth PolancoOct 1, 20251.0They dont know how to handle Amazon package. I have visit several UPS and just in this place, they asked for stupid thing. I visited the store with 3 packages the others were fine because I just needed to scan the bar code send by amazon in my phone, but the last one I KNEW that needed to print the label, and I DID (NO BODY TOLD ME). I follow the amazon instruction so the product was in the manufacturing box and closed with tape (I will leave picture of the instruction). Then the lady in the store do not accept the return with the reason that she need the box send by amazon with the original label, I told her amazon just need the product in a box, not in the original bag that they deliver. She call the other guy to told me the same that they needed the label that was delivery and said to them I read the instruction and instruction don’t said that label need to be remove from the package to return it and Amazon never said put the item in two box. I leave all the page printed with her and I left because they really were so annoyed trying to explained thing that I know they are not right. PICTURE BELOW WITH THE INSTRUCTION SEND BY AMAZON AND HOW I PACKAGED MY RETURN THAT I READ. THOSE EMPLOYEE NEED TO BE TRAINED BETTER.

I came in to drop off an Amazon return and they clearly did not want to take it because it wasn’t in an Amazon box hovewer the product was in their originally package with label send by amazon. The staff made me feel like I was a bother instead of a customer. If you don’t want to handle Amazon returns, then don’t advertise that you do. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
