Great customer service always, the employees are always very helpful, never had an issue with the security of any of my packages and keep in my mind at times I have $1000s worth coming in and going out! If you are in the Somerset Area use them!!

I am giving this store and ups 1 star because my son is in a program trying to get himself together and I am a mom working part time to be available for my children. I sent a box of clothing, 2 pair of sneakers, pods for laundry, Deodorant and some other things to my son and someone cut the box open stole his things. I am very disappointed because I have never had this problem with ups. The box didn't open you can tell but you can see a clear cut to the tape and box as if someone purposely opened it and stole his things....they are doing an investigation but my son needs his things...I will not be using ups again I will be using FedEx from now on. Someone needs to make this right.
