- RLRuichao LiuFeb 13, 20261.0The delivery was scheduled for Feb 11. I got no email or text messages on my delivery and the truck did not show up and the water was not delivered. I called Primo and the guy told me I rescheduled the delivery to Feb 27 on the app. That was ridiculous. I ran out of water and I rescheduled for what? This guy said he could reschedule it again to Feb 17 and he insisted that it was not them who caused the delay. Well, you know what, this morning, on Feb 13 I got an email and a text message on the supposed delivery saying “We are unable to deliver your Primo Brands order and have rescheduled it for 02/17/26.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.”

When I attempted to rectify this I wasn’t able to get my issue resolved, despite spending a significant amount of time on the phone.
