My previous driver was transferred to another branch, he was great very professional, thoughtful and considerate. Now I have un tremendo comè pinga who comes when he wants, drops off bottles without taking the old ones. I’ve racked up over $500 in bottle deposits because of him. When he finally picked up my 9 empty glass jugs, he didn’t report them so he could make his bonus. I waited 2 weeks for my refund and when I called corporate they explained everything and made it right. It’s still a headache. It’s almost $600 a month for water and customer service is trash.

Missing deliveries more then once, broken equipment from the drop off, horrible customer service, making multiple charges on customer accounts and refusing to refund. Only will give credit. Its a mess!! Stay away until they get it back together.
