Mail carriers have been prematurely scanning items as delivered to show that they arrived "on-time" to meet the daily quota and then delivering them at a later date. Does not matter that I paid for expedited shipping guaranteed by a certain date. I also put my mail on hold while on vacation and they lost one of my packages. The whole point of holding mail is to guarantee that it is safe and will be delivered when I return. They were rude when I inquired about the missing package and did not offer a remedy.

He was off the next day actually 2 days in a row. I went in instead and was told the supervisor was looking into it and would call me back after I left. Never received a call it has been a couple days now.
