  I recently dropped off two packages at this UPS Store and had a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly and helped me right away. The store is easy to access, and the whole process was quick and pleasant.

  Needed to use the notary service. Had called twice to check on the timings and was told the service would be available until 5 30 pm on weekdays. The guy/employee who answered the call seemed very confident of the timings. We show up at 4 pm and were told the notary guy had left for the day. The employee was clearly giving out incorrect information, which is misguiding. It's very disappointing to see that the staff aren't trained and familiar with the services that they have to offer.

  the guys here are polite and helpful. the ladies are always chit chatting among themselves and its very rude to the customer. sometimes they are also lloud and laugh loudly. its very disrespectful to the people who are trying to get work done. they act like they are gossiping in park.
