The guy/employee who answered the call seemed very confident of the timings. We show up at 4 pm and were told the notary guy had left for the day. The employee was clearly giving out incorrect information, which is misguiding. It's very disappointing to see that the staff aren't trained and familiar with the services that they have to offer.

I asked him that I want to take a print but there is no paper inside the photo copier and requested him to help me. He very rudely replied that it's closing time and refused flatly. Three more customers were behind me but he ignored me for no reason and dealt with other customers. I was not expecting such type of unethical and cold behavior. UPS is an renowned organization and employees must be helpful and courteous. Proper training should be given to the employees before hiring. Such employees are a bad stigma on the face of UPS and need to be addressed.
