- VBV. BanksDec 15, 20251.0Today is 12/15/25 and I haven't received any mail since 12/4/25. Mailperson said my mailbox is obstructed by leaves that the township never retrieved. Leaves are piled to the far right of the mailbox. Just too lazy to get out of the truck. I went to the office to pick up my mail and was told it was still on the truck. TERRIBLE and LAZY MAIL CARRIERS!!!

Juan is usually working the front counter and gets everything processed in a professional, courteous manner. If they get busy, they’ll open a second window until the line is gone and I have always found all the employees to be very patient even with the crankiest customers.
