What brought me to write this review is that when I arrived at 7:01 last night, they still let me inside to drop-off. I told him a receipt wasn’t necessary and Mike insisted that it was no trouble at all. As a small business owner who is service-driven, I truly appreciate high quality customer service like this.

The woman did not print them correctly, everything was cut off, and she printed the same page twice instead of printing both sheets. She tried to then tell us it was going to be $1.60 per page and we were going to have to print everything because the two sheets would have been different colors. She then printed the same cut off item on a white piece of printer paper and said “just use this then.” I now have to go to staples to have every paper reprinted because of her, when I was able to print all my original copies for free. The woman was rude and it was completely unacceptable.
