Yes, it takes a while to get through the line but once you get up to the front of the line you realize why. There's a lot of questions and where is it going and heaven forbid they have a passport issue. But I don't think the long lines are long waits are directly related to the employees in any way.really the only time I really experience a line there was during the holiday season. Up get
