    I just had a very pleasant experience here. I had some questions about how to properly box my item and the worker was very pleasant and told me that he would take care of everything. There was a bit of a line and he was equally pleasant and helpful with everyone he helped. I was impressed enough that I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. This worker was the perfect professional.

    Went in with a Amazon return, label clearly started no box needed. One of the workers handed me two poly bags to put the returns in without telling he was going to charge. As I was leaving he said I need to pay 15 dollars for the two shipping bags he gave to me. I said it's no box or material required to return he then said I know you didnt need the bags to return the items but you used them so you have to pay. Scammers charging unnecessary for items that were not required by amazon

    Horrible service, waited 20 minutes, so he can tell me that they charge for closing the box. Don’t go here. Went down the road to Red Bank no issues. People are so rude in this office. If I could give them 0 stars.

    Super impressed with the two gentleman that were working Wednesday. I handed them two pieces of artwork that my kid and I made while visiting and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was carefully wrapped and shipped at a very reasonable and affordable price. Thank you guys so much!
