  iPec was pivotal in my growing as a person and reinventing myself as a professional. The classroom environment is respectful and warm; the curriculum is robust.   I would recommend. I am very happy with choosing IPEC. Great instructors, mentor coaches, frameworks, assessment tool certification, techniques, practice... It's all there and a well designed program. IPEC was helpful toward obtaning the credentialing needed to make a pivot to my personal coaching practice 100%. It validated my approach to coaching and I learned some new tools and techniques that made me even better as a coach. I use the tools for myself and for those I coach because they work and are so very impactful.

  iPEC is one of the best accredited coach training programs out there. I went through the program in 2010 and it has only gotten better. I've recommended the program to many people who also chose iPEC as their coach training program and had the some positive experiences I had.

  iPEC was one of the best decisions I have ever made. In going through the iPEC program, not only did I earn my certification as certified professional coach, I was able to gain so much more. I was able to figure out who I truly am, and find my purpose. My coaching certification has lead me to so many amazing experiences, and I am truly greatful for my time with this organization.
