- COCrystal OnealJan 12, 20265.0Young man in the front was so attentive and polite, there was a crowd and he cleared it on his on with not one complaint. It’s quick and sweet. (5 stars are for him not the establishment, I hope he get help soon)
- CSClaire StottlemyerDec 31, 20251.0You can’t make a passport appointment online (it says service unavailable) and then get turned away when you come in as directed during their walk in hours. I brought my newborn there on a freezing day to get his passport (and I brought the passport photos with me because of others reviews saying they might turn you away if you don’t have those) and still was told no.

On 12/8/25 only one person was helping customers and they allowed a passport appointment to take place during this busy holiday morning. There were ~8 of us in line while he processed 3 passports followed by a lengthy post office box application. The attendant was poised and polite and we do not blame him as he had to do everything including the passport photos. Postmaster Lemonious was not in the office but he should have been there to help when staff is low. P.S. no holiday stamps.
- HMHenrik MolinaDec 5, 20251.0Cute building. Service sucks. Maybe not the fault of the staff?Took kid out of school to have passport renewed. Appointment was canceled 3h ahead of appointment. Reason: Because of staff shortages. Based on Yelp, this seems to be a pattern. Because they cancel the day of appointment you will not be able to find other locations the same day. If choosing Short Hills, maybe make some backup appointments - which of course only will lead to more mess.... Recomendation to USPS Short Hills: cancel earlier so we have a chance to find an alternative.
