Awful experience. I dropped off packages on Dec. 18th on the counter and didn't ask for receipt. Found out 3 days later on the 21st the packages are now scanned and processing. So on Thursday - Saturday they just sat at the post office not moved at all.
My mistake was not having them scanned by the teller, even though I said its it okay to dropped off without getting a receipt. So now my package lost 3 days of ship time for just sitting at the facility because they didn't SCAN them in the day of, and on the counter. NEVER just drop off your packages have them SCAN them in.
Too frustrating to deal with their lack of laziness.

My experience here is a total contrast to the services the location at Paterson Plank has to offer. The staff here are courteous and accommodating. They may be doing something else but they don’t stop and make sure the line moves along. I have been here early or late in the day and the customer service has always been the same. I always drop my packages here with pre-printed labels just needing receipts. I literally just spend seconds. For anyone who has bad experience at the Paterson Plank location, you’re better off just going here.

USPS has been in business for 250 Years !!!! The lack of professionalism is pathetic. This office is ran like a Zoo with Zero respect for customers and the handling of the mail is Horrible. Unfortunately Management and proper Supervision doesn't exist allowing employees to act like caged animals.

Been going here for decades, not too sure what other people's problems are. Nobody's ever been nasty or rude to me. The four stars is only because they have one person at the desk with a long line, sometimes.
