Attending representative was very prompt and recommended us to wait for the SSN before applying for the passport. Once we had it the application was processed in minutes. Quick, competent and knowledgeable team.

At 4:55 PM, just five minutes before closing, the staff literally threw my package — a valuable item I was shipping to my friend. To make matters worse, they looked at each other and laughed, showing complete disregard for professionalism and respect. It was clear they were more focused on leaving by 5 PM than on serving customers properly. This kind of careless and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, especially when handling valuable shipments. I know USPS is unlikely to take action, but people deserve to know what kind of service to expect.
