  Professional, helpful and friendly service. A lovely young staff member was so patient and courteous as she helped me with my shipment. I prefer to ship with UPS because they are quicker to ship, the staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. I don’t have to worry about a delay, printing a label or any other nonsense. And, the location is so convenient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  During holiday times, UPS stores are critical and this location especially has been a major help for our business during the hustle and bustle of the holiday rush. They go above and beyond and it is much appreciated. Year over year, during the fourth quarter, we come to them with bags filled with express packages and they are always willing to help us bring them into the store as well as take the time to scan each and every package with no complaints. I am talking 100s of orders! Not only that, they have helped us on numerous occasions navigate shortages on our office supplies especially express and security boxes in critical times when we need them.   Amazing service. A* I called very late this evening (Dec 2nd 2025) explaining i had a super important package which needed to be over nighted. The staff were so so accommodating and very kindly held the driver there until i arrived, just so that my package made it on the truck tonight. Thank you so much. You guys rock!

  Needed a notary public for important documents that needed notarization. googled leads around my area in Jersey City.. around 6pm. went to a couple that said they did.. to no avail. I was surprised when I goodled again and learned UPS store provide notary service. My fave go to for my Amazon returns - UPS STORE!! I called a store in Secaucus early this this morning. Pleasant gentleman picked up the phone and answered my questions. I am now in Secaucus, wrong area, unfortunately wrong thinking.. I did not GPS address. I called again. Same gentlemen. pleasant voice, gave physical address.. I’m here!! Yay. So I walk in the store, this pleasant gentleman greeted me, and I introed myself as the person who called for notary service. well what do know!! The same guy who answered my first and second calls, the person who greeted me when i walked in the store, the notary public!! One and the same person…. S T E V E!! He went over and above his call of duty!! I was so impressed that I was handing him a tip ; he refused!! I give credit where credit is due!! UPS Store - Secaucus you are lucky to have Steve in your employ..plus the other two gentlemen who were there! Bravo! Steve! Thank you for your service..

  I want to take a moment to recognize John and Lucas for their outstanding customer service. They were extremely helpful, patient, and dedicated while assisting me with my Amazon return. Even when it seemed like there might not be a box large enough for my item, they took the time to carefully assess the situation and make the most of the materials they had. Through their teamwork and problem-solving, they managed to package everything securely and efficiently. I truly appreciate their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to help.
