Then they gave me the exact same 2–5 PM window today and missed it again. At that point, it’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern of incompetence. Don’t promise delivery windows you clearly have no intention or ability to keep. Customers plan their day around these appointments, and AIT Logistics seems to have no respect for that at all. This company has been unreliable, unprofessional, and a huge waste of time. I would never trust AIT Logistics again.
