- LNLisa NunesJun 28, 20255.0Everyone there was so polite, friendly and helpful. Had to go there with letters I received trying to change my dad’s address because he passed. Thought I was going to be there for half hour and the woman there had me in and out in 10 minutes. I went on a Saturday so maybe it’s more hectic on a weekday, not sure. I don’t really why other people gave them 1 star but definitely better service here than Cranford post office.

He doesn't know the required documents for passport application and when I reminded him instead of double checking, he threw my document to the floor. He refused to let me talk to his supervisor and couldn't even figure out how to reimburse me! He clearly doesn't know how to even find his way through USPS computer software! I was bullied and elbowed by a customer who was his friend. I will file a formal complaint with USPS with respect to this office.
