- AAAnna ArnoldNov 4, 20251.0Had a pkg returned to vendor over 5 weeks ago. Post office website stopped tracking pkg and lost its location. Trying to get help from post office staff 3 weeks now. Post master has no interest in assisting and literally closed his door in my face. I should never had trusted these people and the organization. Now I'm out the value of the pkg since I cannot get proof of delivery. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Drove to the Post Office and the girl at the counter and I called the Sayreville Post Office phone number and waited to see if we heard a phone ring! NO PHONE RANG! Why not??? I called several times throughout the day and was a waste of time!!!! Issue NOT resolved! Was promised a call back today. Left my number and no call! Another time I went in and the girl at the counter had her mother on speaker phone and was having a conversation with her while waiting on me and was also eating snacks at the same time!!! 😡😡
