    I don’t know these reviews are so low but I’m a local Sayreville resident and I always go here as a reliable usps. I once came unprepared and I was still treated and serviced with respect and empathy.

    Had a pkg returned to vendor over 5 weeks ago. Post office website stopped tracking pkg and lost its location. Trying to get help from post office staff 3 weeks now. Post master has no interest in assisting and literally closed his door in my face. I should never had trusted these people and the organization. Now I'm out the value of the pkg since I cannot get proof of delivery. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

    I’m usually not the type to write anything negative but this issue has been an ongoing with this facility. I usually ship my packages with usps , i work in a shipping department where one of their drivers come every day to pick up packages/letters. Once my package arrives in the facility it takes them days to scan and ship my order, to be honest it depends… there’s good days and bad days but recently there’s been a lack of laziness and is frustrating.

    Terrible terrible terrible they have no idea what they are doing. They have no idea where my 2 packages are they leave a notice from a different post office I go back and forth between both post offices and when I ask the Sayreville post office about my package they have no.idea where it is I asked them to track it down on there system they told me that there system does not allow it. To leave my my number down and that they would call me I requested an online redelivery and that didn't happen either this is is just horrible please hire people that want to work because clearly no one knows what's going on in there.

    Get a different mail carrier every week mail comes late if at all. I haven't received mail in over a week.
