I came in to print a lousy 4 pg document in color and the printing lady behind the counter was stuck with a customer... so I tried the color printer, that was down, went back to the counter no luck, back to the printer no luck, they told me to use the PC's there and print to the other printer, well guess what - that computer was down. waster 30 minutes at a time that I was in a rush. No way to manage a printing center this way.
