- NONicky OSep 26, 20255.0I’m in this post office often, always mailing something. The customer service reps are always polite, friendly, and professional. They are always helpful when I have questions. I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.
