- OMOzzy MercadoOct 26, 20251.0It's a shame my window closed and lost what I was writing before. But here we go again. I normally don't write negative feed back. But, this time it was a must. On Oct 21, 2025 I visited the UPS store on Orient Street in Rutherford, NJ. I will never do it again. I had a small oven double glass door and a small bag of clothing. UPS was charging me almost 200 dollars which I found very expensive. The person assisting offered to ship it in a 18x18x18 box with no bubble wrapping stating they where not responsible, which I undestood and accepted. I minor damage if anything was not going to be a big deal. well, I don't know where was that box used as a soccer ball. That small over arrived totaly destroyed. The glass door was broken in a million pieces. the oven body was broken everywhere. Totally ridiculous. Maybe the thought it was for free or UPS was doing me a favor. Like my money had no value. That box was probably kicked everywhere and or thown around. I am so very disappointed, I will never, NEVER visit that UPS Store and probably simply not use UPS at all. Very Sad experience.
