  Had an issue with a delivery where one box was missing and customer service couldn’t help. Xavier took the time to look into it, explain everything, and helped locate the package before it was sent back. Really grateful for his patience and help.

  I want to recognize Risse for her absolute outstanding service. She is very kind, patient and extremely helpful. I've been a FedEx customer for many years and never seen or had experience with someone like Risse. Her professionalism truly makes a huge difference and reflects very well on FedEx. This level of care is greatly appreciated. Superior representation of FedEx!

  Today, Mon. Aug.14, 2017, I came to this store in Roseland, NJ. I usually use FedEx to sent out faxes, and get charged per page. Today, I came in to make photo copies of a 4 page document. So i needed 2 copies of each page, tototaling of 8 copies. So, I asked the girl at counter to please make me 2 copies each of my 4 page document, and thats 8 copies to be made. She said all done, and there was 32 pages she made and put on counter. I picked up pages and said wow thats alot of copies! Lol..... she then said yeah I made 8 copies. Lol.... i then said oh wow, that i did say 2 copies of each and total of 8 copies. Because you get charged per page, just like faxing. She didnt say nothing and just looked at me. She just said 5 dollars and change it costed. I would of expected her to say something, anything after I commented about pages made. She didnt say sorry i thought this or that, nothing. Like pay me my money. I paid the bill and nodded at her and said just keep the change, and left. The most expensive copies made for me. I gotta go buy more ink for my printer.

  Excellent. Had someone open the door for me and help me, offering tape and scissors. Last fedex I went to their was a rude lady who said she couldn't help me because if something happened she would get in trouble (I just asked where to put the sticker). She wanted me to buy tape and use a box cutter as scissors. Awful employee at the Fairfield nj fedex
