As others have mentioned, the store is exceptionally clean and well-organized. It still looks as nice as it did the week it opened. Every team member I’ve met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to help you thoroughly but also get you in and out quickly, exactly what you want when running errands. The owner herself has helped me a few times, and she’s absolutely lovely - such a warm energy. I always leave feeling like I’ve had a genuinely pleasant interaction, never stressed or rushed, which is pretty rare for a shipping store. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried going to multiple other stores and they always give me heck for all the packages. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

They even assist me in getting inside with my kids and bags, engage with my boys, and always greet us with warm smiles. What truly sets them apart is how they genuinely care. When I come in without my little ones - they ask where they are and how they're doing! Hands down, the best customer service I've ever experienced. My new UPS store!! I highly recommend!
