As others have mentioned, the store is exceptionally clean and well-organized. It still looks as nice as it did the week it opened. Every team member I’ve met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to help you thoroughly but also get you in and out quickly, exactly what you want when running errands. The owner herself has helped me a few times, and she’s absolutely lovely - such a warm energy. I always leave feeling like I’ve had a genuinely pleasant interaction, never stressed or rushed, which is pretty rare for a shipping store. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried going to multiple other stores and they always give me heck for all the packages. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

They couldn't read my QR code and my phone wasn't allowing me to open the email then the Amazon app wasn't showing me the code for this return. If it could go wrong it did. The staff however was wonderful. They smiled. They were patient. They walked me through the problem till they found the right steps needed to process my return. I have been to this location four times and every time has been a pleasure to walk in the door.
