Never have i had a problem shipping Something in the manufacturers packaging (that it was shipped to me in originally) with a label on the outside. All of a sudden today is a problem. Took my box back exactly as it was and went to the UPS in Randolph and did not have a single issue trying to ship the box. Remodel was worthless if the people inside wont actually do their jobs.
