After almost a decade of being their customer, I finally cancelled. They cancel their deliveries ALL THE TIME! You won’t even know until you see that your front porch has the empty bottles then you check the app and oops - they cancelled again because of lack of drivers. Zero notice, zero empathy. I tried to speak to a supervisor and told me it would take between 1 to 3 hours to get back to me. The customer service reps are equally as frustrating with their “I’m sorry we can’t do anything because we are only operations and not your local delivery.” What exactly is their purpose besides taking forever to pick up the customer line? I rarely cancel any services but this place has not improved even after the rebranding!

I was a customer of Ready Refresh (now Primo) for seven years. In all that time, they were only on time twice. They rescheduled the most recent delivery five times — and then no-showed. Calling them is impossible; the call disconnects after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes.
This is the single worst "customer service" I have ever received from any company. We have canceled service today and suggest that you all do the same.
