- LRLilly RoseNov 12, 20252.0I came to the post office in Riverside New Jersey in hopes of getting better service then the service received in the post office in Delanco New Jersey. Service here in Riverside located at 4 West Scott street, Riverside New Jersey, was just as bad if not worse then the service in Delanco New Jersey. The employees of both of these post offices are absolutely the rudest individuals in public service that I have ever encountered. I am a public servant but I come from the private sector. I strive on Excellence when it comes to public customer service I do not know where the state gets these ignorant and untrained employees.

Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to the incredibly friendly and efficient staff. (Especially) Jerrica and Kita. They go above and beyond to ensure that all my postal needs are met with a smile. The team is always courteous, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I might have. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about their customers. I am especially grateful for how they handle busy times with such grace and efficiency, making sure that everyone is attended to promptly. It's rare to find such a dedicated and pleasant group of individuals who consistently make a positive impact on their community. Thank you to the entire team for making each visit to the post office a delightful experience!

They deliver my packages to wrong address and can never find them they have the worst customer service a broken condom is more helpful then the people who work here the manager lies right to your face
