- LRLilly RoseNov 12, 20252.0I came to the post office in Riverside New Jersey in hopes of getting better service then the service received in the post office in Delanco New Jersey. Service here in Riverside located at 4 West Scott street, Riverside New Jersey, was just as bad if not worse then the service in Delanco New Jersey. The employees of both of these post offices are absolutely the rudest individuals in public service that I have ever encountered. I am a public servant but I come from the private sector. I strive on Excellence when it comes to public customer service I do not know where the state gets these ignorant and untrained employees.

Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to the incredibly friendly and efficient staff. (Especially) Jerrica and Kita. They go above and beyond to ensure that all my postal needs are met with a smile. The team is always courteous, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I might have. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about their customers. I am especially grateful for how they handle busy times with such grace and efficiency, making sure that everyone is attended to promptly. It's rare to find such a dedicated and pleasant group of individuals who consistently make a positive impact on their community. Thank you to the entire team for making each visit to the post office a delightful experience!
- ASAnalyn SApr 12, 20231.0I don’t have an issue with my normal mailman. But whoever the back up one is insane. Last month he pulled up to my home on a Saturday and laid on the horn before even getting out of the vehicle. My front door is open however my storm door is locked. I was nine months pregnant and this man was yelling about my dog saying my door has to be shut. He was yelling at me so I had to call the Delanco police department. He keeps writing on my mail “dog at the door!” He didn’t even bother to come up to my house yesterday and today I get this package. Funny… My husband took our dog to the vet at that time yesterday but he was at the door?! And I watched him pull up yesterday while feeding my new born and watched him not even walk up to my house. Now you’re lying and refusing to deliver my mail. Also! My storm door is always locked and my dog cannot get out. Please don’t ever tell me again to keep my door shut. You don’t pay my bills or my mortgage don’t tell me how to live in my house.
