I handed my paper to the tall woman with blond hair who works there so she could make the copies, and while she was doing it, she was clearly reading my document. That is extremely unprofessional. My paper contained private information, and she had no reason to read it — just copy it. I don’t like writing bad reviews because one of the male employees there was very kind and helpful, but her behavior made the whole visit uncomfortable. If management reviews the cameras from around 10 AM, they’ll see what happened. I hope this issue is addressed so customers’ privacy is respected.

I wasn’t sure how that would work once I got into the store, but the first sales person I saw helped me through the process and even carried the heavy box to my car. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do this again.

I saw 4 employees standing around doing nothing with a completely empty store while one person was doing g the Amazon returns with a line wrapped around the corner. Each person took at least 4 to 5 mins. Ridiculous and intentional. Zero stars.
