- KRKaren RosenthalOct 29, 20254.0This is not about the FedEx company. I have nothing to say about them. They’re horrible and every review that people read about them is accurate all the bad reviews. And that’s putting it mildly. This is about the store itself . Pete the manager is fantastic. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming to this store .I use this store for supplies and a lot of copying in large amounts and they really do a great job with this. I had a deadline I had to meet with 60 copies which I thought was hard enough. I had two days notice. It would be over 120 copies that’s nearly impossible with one machine . Pete not only got it done for me. He got it done at a good price and Everything looked wonderful and I made my deadline. Good as well as bad employees for sure will make or break place of business and that’s why I’ll keep coming back here. Excellent service from Pete .

They never ring my doorbell. I go down in the afternoon to pick up my mail and there is a sticker on the door: Sorry we missed you, etc. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET A SIGNATURE IF YOU DON'T RING THE DOORBELL? I have a life to live. I can't sit home for 4 days while the driver puts a sticker on my door and leaves.
