Whether I'm sending a bulk mailing out, packages, or just buying stamps, the process is quick and efficient. What really stands out is how patient and courteous the employees are, especially Noel, she has a lot of patience and makes sure my mailings go out correctly and I have the right forms. Big thanks to the team for their hard work and dedication. It’s clear they care about the community they serve. Highly recommend this post office to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service!

And each customer in line takes forever because this counter person has to tell every customer EVERY thought she has ever had in her life - from politics to what she bought yesterday on FB. Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Oakland Post Office before coming back to Ringwood.

Maybe certain people are just mad because their certain party lost. So stop your lying. Also if you ran in to Ringwood post office 6 minutes before closing how did you drive to another post office, park, and run in within a minute since you had 5 minutes to send package at other post office. Another lie!!! Maybe don’t hold up employees and leave your house earlier. Sounds selfish to me. I always had a great experience at Ringwood post office. Front desk employees are very helpful. I’m sure if they couldn’t send your package there is was a valid reason. It seems like Ringwood has a lot of Karen’s living there. I love my local post office 😀

I have been in the area for several years and have met each person due to a transaction of some kind. They are ALWAYS PLEASANT & INFORMATIVE. I have never seen them in a bad mood or unpleasant so I can’t comment there. They helped me mail a birthday gift at the last minute of the day to my granddaughter which was a wonderful gesture since they were closing very soon after. Hopefully the staff will be at this location for a very long time. Remember, as bank locations are closing in local supermarkets and other conveniences are going away; we need to support our local Postal Services & the Staff…. Be Grateful & Appreciative!
