- DIDEBRA IESALSFeb 24, 20265.0I had an issue with my time sensitive package that went to the wrong location twice. It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.

What really stands out is how patient and courteous the employees are, especially Noel, she has a lot of patience and makes sure my mailings go out correctly and I have the right forms. Big thanks to the team for their hard work and dedication. It’s clear they care about the community they serve. Highly recommend this post office to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service!
