- STScott TraubitzMar 24, 20262.0It’s rare now to get our mail delivered on time. USPS was provided with a key to our building and lost it. For two straight weeks received no mail. Expected was important banking information, including debit cards. Also not delivered. Were packages for four different apartment units. Nothing was said until two weeks at passed and then a note was posted by a postal worker on our door. What Is the USPS anymore? Are they a government agency? Do they have full indemnity? Certainly they’re not a business.

The manager told me we can't control all the shipments. So, why are they charging for what services? I'm sure they didn't even send it, they just threw it in the trash. They're forcing us to buy expensive services. The supervisor's work is a 1. She doesn't even know where she is yet.
