The manager told me we can't control all the shipments. So, why are they charging for what services? I'm sure they didn't even send it, they just threw it in the trash. They're forcing us to buy expensive services. The supervisor's work is a 1. She doesn't even know where she is yet.

- LMLouis MartinucciDec 16, 20221.0I sent a brand new iPhone 13 from this station in a package with other things. The package was sent priority mail and was returned to me because it couldn’t be sent by air overseas. When I opened the package everything else was there and the iPhone was stolen. There is nothing that filing a report does with the postal inspectors and you simply just get robbed for trusting in an organization to simply function. Moving forward I don’t have any faith in the US postal service in general less from this particular facility.
