  I usually come to this UPS location for all of my printing needs and most of my necessary shipments, so this experience was extremely disappointing. The company I work for has a UPS business account number, and I came in today to ship four packages, only to be told they could not honor the UPS account number in-store because they are privately owned. I want to be very clear that the young man who helped me was kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. This situation has nothing to do with him and everything to do with the policies set by the owner of this location. What’s frustrating is that I have previously shipped items from this same location using my account number, so this inconsistency makes no sense and feels very misleading. If you carry the UPS name, customers should not be surprised at the counter with policies that seem to change depending on the situation. To clarify further, I left this store and called two other UPS Store locations, both of which are also privately owned and not UPS hubs, and neither had any issue accepting my business account number. That makes this refusal even more confusing and frustrating. This also isn’t the first questionable experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I was trying to ship one box to France that weighed under 10 pounds, and I was quoted $750 to send it. When we went online ourselves, we received a quote for around $70 for the same shipment. That kind of discrepancy is alarming and makes it very difficult to trust in-store pricing or guidance. Between the inconsistent handling of UPS account numbers and the extreme pricing differences, I now understand why my previous company switched from UPS to FedEx, and I will be suggesting the same going forward. Reliability, transparency, and consistency are essential for business customers, and unfortunately this location has fallen short.

  When I googled "passport photos near me", this location comes up. So I go there and wait in line. While I'm waiting, I'm looking around the store and notice a banner that says what they offer/sell, the last thing being passport photos. So I think I'm good. I'm up next and tell the employee that I need a passport photo taken. He says, "We don't do those here." I stay silent as a slowly point to the giant banner behind him that says they offer passport photos.... He says, "Yeah that's only some locations, not here." I tell him he should probably get someone to change the banner.

  I have been using this location for about 7-8 months for post box and other services.....the staff is friendly, extremely competent and pleasant....the email notification service is amazingly efficient ... the after hours access is so convenient ....I can't thing of a more perfect experience....highly recommend to any business owner like myself....
