I've witnessed staff be blatantly rude to other patrons for asking simple questions. So distasteful! Why not just be friendly or as helpful as you can if this is your job.

I asked the employee to scan my packages and they told me that they were only able to scan two packages out of seven. So it’s a classic case of the Usps, putting their customers between a hard place and a rock. They lose packages and without a scan It’s impossible to prove the item was dropped off. All this and at the time their worker was doing absolutely nothing else and there were no other customers in the post office. I guess asking somebody to do their job that they were hired to do is too much. You’re tax money hard at work 😂. Suffice to say that if this was a regular business, they would’ve been shut down for lack of customers long ago
