- LLLuis6 days ago1.0I came in with an email clearly stating I could show the return label on my phone and didn’t need to print anything. When I arrived, the employee insisted I needed a printed label. I showed him both the label, the email and the return code (which scanned as “accepted after return requested”), but he said it didn’t work and offered no help. When I asked for suggestions, the only option he gave me was to pay for them to print the label. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this location. The UPS Store at Cedar Place has always been my go-to, and this experience reminded me why.
