- TCThomas ConnollyApr 3, 20261.0The Red Bank NJ Post Office is a hot mess and absolutely terrible. I've had constant issues with them scanning packages as being "out for delivery" but later the same day my package tracking number updates as now be "available for pick up" at the Red Bank Post Office." Either my local mail carrier is not delivering my packages to my house, or the workers at the Red Bank Post Office are scanning my packages and never actually putting them onto a physical mail truck🤬 Everyone who works at the Red Bank Post Office seems to have a very cavalier attitude, and nobody there seems to really care about peoples mail/packages!!!
- BBBrendanMar 3, 20261.0GO ELSEWHERE DO NOT SEND THROUGH THIS POST OFFICE this place is a joke and the people running it are clearly perpetually bored and will come up with things to try to scare you into paying more. My fiance and I just sent over 100 wedding invites and the following day had to go in again for an extra few we missed. Woman at the counter said these were parcels, the woman the day before said they were fine as is. Now we are worried we’ll be getting a ton of returns on our invites. This place is of no help and fully regret using them.
