  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS IW WOULD. NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL. THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THE COUNTER IS VERY NASTY AND NEVER WANTS TO HELP ANYONE - PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE ARE ALWAYS SARCASTIC AND UNHELPFUL WITH PACKAGES. THE WOMAN AT COUNTER NEEDS A NEW JOB BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ONE SHE HAS! A MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO GET BETTER STAFF. NOT ASKING TO BE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY BUT KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND OTHERS SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

  Rude staff when there is a problem with return. I have had issues with my returns a number of times in which they never seem to care to correct or are annoyed.

  Really unreliable. They close early for various reasons. Today it was snow. But it clearly wasn’t snowing. And 40 degrees. 🤷‍♀️

  I came to print some papers, I even came on time. It was around early 6:00 pm I was going through the Gmail app to send the stuff I wanted to print out and 2 of the workers were rushing me in the span of 5 mins and asking every minute if I needed help. On top of that, once they printed the papers I had an additional link in the gmail for the lady to print out but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing because it took her a while to print out the copies. She kept telling me she didn’t see it even though I clearly saw it in the Gmail even showed her. a few of the printed copies came out bad and I tried to communicate with the ladies that I didn’t want the photos that came out bad but she started to raise her voice at me and told me she can’t do nothing because they’re closing, mind you there was 5 minutes left until they closed so I ended up paying for the copies I did not want. They were even bad mouthing me in their native language I assume because they were all giving me weird looks and because I understood half of what they were saying. the lady that was attending left me waiting at the register. This is ridiculous!!
