  ​I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and the staff is incredible. They are always in a good mood and treat you like they’ve known you for years. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so friendly and professional every single time. Truly a great team!

  I'm giving Renel and Christine 5-stars for their customer support and kindness. I visited this store location the other day to send a package overnight and pay for it's return. With store closing approaching and a growing line of customers, both Renel and Christine took the time to assist me in preparing my package and processing my transaction on the shipping terminal. Renel made sure to help me double check that I had everything set up as needed and I truly appreciate his assistance. I hope FedEx leadership can recognize the team in this store for their hard work and dedication to making sure the customers walk out of there with the best experience possible. Thank you Rob

  They are very attentive and caring at this location. Just came here to print a very special painting and they really took their time to help and ensure everything was done right. Renel was the one who took care of us. Very nice guy.

  Made a poster here and it was perfect and timely. Learning more and more about what can be done at Fedexs asides from shipping and I have learned to check it out first for any office related materials and products.

  If the print and go service does not work, please do not make your customers jump through hoops to get something printed. More importantly, if I ask that the document is printed by your employee rather then sending an email to another email address to avoid having to wait in the store for no one knows how long, don't start acting like a petulant child and click away on the computer for 5 minutes to "stick it" to me. Had the same issue last week and another employee was able to print it using my code in under 30 seconds. Here is my message to Mr "I want everyone to know I go to the gym by wearing weight lifting gloves": when you chew gum, keep your mouth closed. Preferably, don't chew gum while talking to a customer. Also, at the end of the day, you work at Fedex as a store employee. Not my fault...
