I must give kudos to Cindy, the manager of this Post Office location. She has helped me in the past, but today deserves a 5 star. I had sent a letter via Certified mail/return receipt. The receipt is not yet back and may be lost. She printed out a copy of the proof of delivery signature (which I cannot access online) and offered to write a letter to be submitted as proof of delivery for the government office that needs proof that I sent the documents. That is good service ladies and gentlemen.

I am absolutely furious about the experience I had with the clerk! The lady was anything but professional. I went there to mail a package, and instead of being helpful, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I didn’t have time to write down the address, so I asked if I could have it printed or write it down at the counter. Her response was shocking—she snapped at me, “How do you expect me to mail this without an address?” with such a rude tone and attitude. It was completely unacceptable!
Then, she listed out the types of shipping available and I said “just the regular one” referring to the last option she presented because I was looking for the cheapest option. she looked at me as if I had just committed a crime, turning to the person who was standing next to me saying, “DID I SAY REGULAR? Biggest pet peeve is when people don’t listen.” I was only trying to mail the package! This whole experience was infuriating and left me feeling completely disrespected.
