Additionally I had another larger gift I needed in the same box. I wish I got his name but the gentleman who helped me get an affordable but perfect option for my situation was absolutely incredible. I wish I got his name but I am so appreciative of him and all of the effort he took to help me find the right packaging to not only be affordable but also to protect my delicate item. I even offered him a tip because I was so thankful and because he just was genuinely such a nice guy but he didn't accept it and told me he just was happy he could help me during the holidays 🥹 I'm so grateful I chose this location on a whim and while I didn't interact with them even the rest of the staff seemed so nice despite it being right before Christmas and so so busy. I will come back here for my shipping needs because of my outstanding experience. Thank you so much.

Seriously, if you're having a bad day, go to this place and chat with the staff for a few minutes, I walk away feeling great about humanity every time. It's so unexpected for me. If you own or manage this place and your responsible for hiring, GREAT JOB! If you work here, thank you for providing an exemplary customer service experience, you guys are fantastic!
