- LSLyndamarie SmithNov 2, 20251.0The female staff in the front was passive aggressive.. I think they need to put her in the back, it's not a good look when your attitude is nasty to older customers. The lady chose the rating for me on the POS card reader. She put her hand through the opening and hit buttons for me. I've returned mail for the wrong address, they sent it back to me, it was someone's Social security information, I was told to drop it off myself. I sent it back, the next day it was in my mail box. I've been in willingboro for several years, I dread going to this place. If I need postal service I'll go to Philadelphia it's only 20 minutes out the way but I don't want to see ugly . These are very ugly people. I've spoken to what they call someone in charge, obviously nothing was done. I don't believe these 3+ reviews or the pictures with the smiling faces.. The experience was very dreadful..
