- JJJackson JeongMar 24, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Ramsey Post Office. The manager and one of the staff members (an Indian lady) were very unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. Instead of trying to assist or guide customers, they seemed more focused on finding reasons to turn people away. There was no effort to provide solutions or even basic customer service. The tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh, which made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I understand that policies must be followed, but there is a respectful and helpful way to communicate with customers. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer care.

Rather, it's some privately run business that calls itself a Post Office, is affiliated with the Postal Service loosely, and where everything originating from takes several extra days to arrive at destination.
- DRd rroleJan 21, 20171.0Terrible. Not friendly at all. Every time I have ever gone in there I get an attitude like they are doing ME a favor. Let alone the packages they deliver are never on time. It is marked as delivered though I receive it the following day or not at all. Unless you ACTUALLY deliver it, do NOT marked it as delivered!!!
