- DPDead PoolNov 3, 20251.0I went there a few days ago to make a photocopy for the first time. There was a guy there with glasses who saw me needing help and proceeded to walk away 2 times. The first when i cam in, i had no experience using the machine and he walks away hearing me say I was confused. Then when i walk to the front he walks away to the back AGAIN. Probably thought who cares, hes just a nobody he wont say anything. I was there Saturday evening. Not the best customer service place.

- ZSZ SmithSep 3, 20251.0Employees are nice and try to be helpful, however management sucks from the top down. Any small issues and need to wait for a manager. Manager is arrogant, unhelpful and tries to skirt responsibility. I hate to judge a store based on a bad apple, but seriously, every time I shop here, if item doesn't scan correctly or any other issue (never mind if there is an amazon return, you can wait forever) , I just leave the item and walk out, better then dealing with management.
