Management is clueless about how to run a STAPLES. Clueless about what STAPLES is even known for. I suspect this location will be gone in a year. Employee in print area was friendly.

During one of the busiest times of the year, he was truly exceptional!! Yousef was kind, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow managed to keep every customer feeling helped and valued — all while racing around to meet the nonstop demands of the holiday rush. Watching him work was absolutely incredible! His work ethic and genuine desire to make sure everyone was taken care of did not go unnoticed.
