Dysfunctional and mis-managed post office. Instead of management stepping in because there’s only one clerk, they are just watching the line accumulate. A lot chiefs but no Indians. Absolutely ridiculous. Lady with short blonde hair just standing there watching and a woman sitting n the office.

I dropped off my package at a local USP location. 5 days later I checked the tracking and it still said "label created", so I filed a complait as I thought package was stolen. 10 days later my package was finally scanned for the first time.

My review is based solely on my interaction with Althea in customer service. I reported an issue and she resolved it the same day. She was courteous and helped save me from being scammed! Thank you!
