Not surprised at all to see that location is at a 2.2 score, because people like BRENDA work there. I came in to do my nephew’s passport and BRENDA gave me the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen so far in my life. The other two employees were so uncomfortable, they just kept looking at me. I apologize to the supervisor who listened to me, apologized and tried to calm down and the very nice lady (can’t remember the name ) that took care of me after the incident but I had to write this review about BRENDA, hopefully they will address it the right way and BRENDA will change attitude and treat everyone with the same care I’ve seen her with OTHER customers when I was left standing there with my 15 years old nephew.

We had an extremely critical package that we needed to intercept. I called to ask for help and the manager was super helpful. He made time for us, explained what we can and cannot do. In the end, he made it happen and it receiving it on time really really impacted our life. We take mail service for granted but forget how critical it is. Thank you!
