I visit here for a variety of services as I work for a law firm about a three-minute ride away. I have only positive things to say re my numerous, regular visits here. The manager is respectful, and patient when I needed passport services, and when they handle my certified mail also. The post office workers answer my questions, are very knowledgeable and efficient. I have a variety of post office needs, and I have no complaints. Sometimes the lines are long but what post office doesn't?

Thirdly, it is impossible for me to show up at the post office at 7:35 p.m. I understand this is a busy season and delays happen, but marking a package that has not been delivered as “delivered” is not only cheating but lying. Once it’s marked as delivered, I cannot ask the seller or insurance to step in to investigate or issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.
