Clean, friendly staff, helpful employees and especially their Copy Center Supervisor Preeti who has done multiple projects for my business. She is extremely friendly, welcoming with a smile, knowledgeable, proactive, intuitive and creative in assisting me with the different types of jobs I've brought to her where accuracy is demanded for my performances. Her staff is equally talented, helpful and friendly! What an absolute pleasure it is to walk into this Staples Store and feel the calm atmosphere, know that you're truly appreciated as a customer and valued for entrusting the company to do your projects correctly as requested! Unfortunately, I've had my share of chaos visiting other Staples Stores closer to my home, so traveling a little further for some Peace of Mind is WELL WORTH the trip! Thank You for making and keeping me a Happy Smiling Musician!

They’ve lost three packages so far, valued at hundreds of dollars across two deliveries. The packages are hand delivered to staff here and they lose them. Three in a row. And there’s hardly any effort to search or help. They just say they don’t see anything and that’s it. There are only so many places a box can be. At some point training needs to happen when packages are delivered to the store so staff knows exactly what to do with them. I can’t trust this store for shipping items.
