- VRVijay Harish RajamaniDec 30, 20255.0I had come in here to renew my son's passport and the entire process was very seamless. On the day of appointment, I got a call early from the post office that photo service is not available. This helped me plan better to get photos done outside. I had made a mistake filling out the form but Harpreet (who was helping out with the renewal) pointed out the issue and provided me new blank forms to refill while she helped out others and returned back to me when I was done. She was very thorough and ensured the application was complete in all aspects. Many thanks to her and appreciate the extra yard she goes in helping out. There was another employee (Ajit) helping out in the adjacent counter who was helpful addressing all other questions I had. Overall a very positive experience and I would come to this post post office going forward.
