- MDMariia DerJul 14, 20255.0This was my first time visiting a USPS post office and sending something in the U.S. To be honest, I don’t use postal services very often, and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do or what my options were. The staff member at this location was extremely kind and helpful. He spoke to me very politely and patiently, even though I have a bit of an accent and sometimes it’s hard to understand me right away. I really appreciated how respectful and friendly he was. Thank you so much! Great experience and good luck to the team!

Myself, including 5 others managed with the kiosk but it was a surprise to everyone to see the desk closed while they were still open as majority of people had questions and wanted to talk to someone in-person. Guess we’ll just have to all cross our fingers and hope our mail gets delivered

Figuring that they were busy, I drove down there to claim it. There was only ONE OTHER person in the lobby. The main phone was ringing, and an employee looked at it, and ignored it. Way to go...
