Went into his facility, and he helped me even though I was inquiring about an issue I was having in a different town (my own mistake). Not only did Darrell help me, but he contacted the other towns PO to ensure I would get my package delivered on time as I expressed the importance, additionally he followed up with me throughout the day, providing updates, right up until the moment I received my package. Can’t say enough good things about the interaction. Wish all places delivered customer service this way. Two thumbs way up for Darrell!! 👍🏼👍🏼
