I always find the staff pleasant and helpful. It's not their fault that they are shorthanded and sometimes there is a line, but if you plan to wait a little while, your experience is much better.

Today I came to the Point Pleasant post office on Bridge Avenue to mail out business mail (40+ business packages). Jack was taking care of me initially, however after about 10 minutes, I ended up allowing 5 other customers who came in after me to go ahead of me because I felt bad making them wait. This took about 20 minutes total. Once Jack started up with me again, his computer went down and he lost all the previously scanned work. He then handed off all of the packages to another co-worker to start all over. He went over to a new computer and I asked him if he could redo the ones he had done to cut the time for all in half. He rudely said no, I'm going to keep this window open for new customers, even though there weren't any at the time. He literally denied me service after I had already started with him and waited about 25+ minutes at this point. When I asked him for his name, he said "don't worry about it". He is very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location in the future. Sharon was the coworker that took over. She was very pleasant and helpful.
