- ILIvy LiAug 6, 20252.0I’m a frequent customer at this location and have generally found the staff to be helpful and courteous. However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. A middle-aged white woman on staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but I will next time) was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. My packaging didn’t meet USPS standards, which I completely understand — but instead of explaining the issue in a constructive or respectful way, she chose to be condescending and made unnecessary comments about how she’s “always helping me.” Last I checked, providing guidance on packaging requirements isn’t going above and beyond — it’s expected. What made the situation worse was that she involved the customer behind me in the line, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. It felt like I was being ganged up on for simply needing assistance. I hope this feedback leads to better training on how to communicate respectfully with customers — especially those who return often and value good service!

- JGJennifer GilmanJun 15, 20181.0This location is absolute garbage. They do not respond to inquiries and each customer service individual scapegoats every other employee or the mail carriers. Take some responsibility - you are an adult and this is your job. They have lost so many important pieces of our mail, and it took an entire two months to even receive our first mail delivery after relocating here. Besides the individuals who work within the building, every single one of our mail carriers have been friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped us resolve issues that the customer service people were too lazy to help with. Thank you to all our wonderful mail carriers!
