- ILIvy LiAug 6, 20252.0I’m a frequent customer at this location and have generally found the staff to be helpful and courteous. However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. A middle-aged white woman on staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but I will next time) was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. My packaging didn’t meet USPS standards, which I completely understand — but instead of explaining the issue in a constructive or respectful way, she chose to be condescending and made unnecessary comments about how she’s “always helping me.” Last I checked, providing guidance on packaging requirements isn’t going above and beyond — it’s expected. What made the situation worse was that she involved the customer behind me in the line, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. It felt like I was being ganged up on for simply needing assistance. I hope this feedback leads to better training on how to communicate respectfully with customers — especially those who return often and value good service!

Its been 3 days already and it didn't come in today. The black lady that took over already almost forgot my one package when it was supposed to come in but didn't and I ran over to the next house to stop her and ask her. Her reply after she looked and found it was "Oh yea, here it is I forgot!" YOU GET PAID TO JUST PUT THE CORRECT CRAP INTO THE CORRECT MAILBOX!!!!!! DO IT RIGHT! IT'S NOT FRICKEN ROCKET SCIENCE!!!! A DAMN MESSENGER PIGEON COULD DO BETTER THAN YOU GUYS!
