- VLVH LJan 17, 20261.0So rude and unpleasant! The staff in the front was just half laying on her chair and surfing her cell phone. When I asked what type of package should I use, she said “all the packets are there, you look for yourself.”When I finally found the package and began filling out the address, she said can you hurry up because she needs to go to the bathroom. Finally, I asked her to tape a small peice of paper on the package, and confirm if she did it, she replied ‘didn’t you see I taped it?’ Instead of just simply replying a ‘Yes’ (and no, I didn’t see her taping which was why I asked the question.) All in all, I’ve never had such bad experience. Not to mention there was no other customer. This happened 1/17 Saturday morning. I don’t think this represents the hard working people at USPS, but certainly taints the reputation.
