They're really kind and fast - I often come in with around 20 packages at once, and there's plenty of staff to help. When there's no one else there, multiple staff will help get everything done faster. Parking lot is tiny and can fill up, but it doesn't stay that way for long (and it being a quiet area I park nearby when that happens)
